Doctors, medicine, nutritional guidance, and a strong community of women. All in one place, designed for your success.
A few questions about your body, your cycle and your health.
Medicine, or a nutrition-led plan. Provisional until a doctor says so.
A video consult with your doctor, who checks whether this medicine is right for you.
Your shots, your weeks, and a community doing the same.
Most women arriving here have already been told to eat less and move more. That advice assumes nothing else is wrong. Something often is, and your doctor works through all of it before deciding anything.
Your periods are irregular. Weight settles around your middle, and there is acne and hair where you do not want it. You get the name and nothing else, and nobody mentions the weight.
You eat what you always ate and the weight still goes up. Your hands are cold, your hair is coming out, and you are tired however much you sleep. A blood panel picks it up, and that is one reason we start with one.
Hunger comes back an hour after you have eaten. You cannot stay awake in the afternoon. Weight goes on easily and comes off slowly. Often there is nothing to notice at all.
You have not changed how you eat and the weight arrives anyway. It also sits somewhere it never used to. You sleep badly, and you stop wanting to train.
The weight stayed, and the year took everything you had. Once you have stopped breastfeeding, bring it to a doctor instead of waiting to see whether it goes on its own.
Steroids, some antidepressants, some kinds of contraception. A lot of ordinary medicines make weight harder to lose. Bring a list of everything you take, including anything you buy without a prescription, because your doctor cannot work around what she has not been told about.

No. You answer the questions and see your provisional answer first. Nothing is created and no payment is asked for until you decide to go ahead.
No, and it says so on the screen. It is provisional.
It comes from the same rules your doctor screens against, which is why it can be shown in minutes. Your doctor confirms it or overrules it on your consult, and that answer is the one that counts.
Yes. Every member has a video consult before anything is prescribed, with no exceptions and no faster route.
It is a proper screening. Your doctor is looking for the reasons this medicine would be wrong for you, not for a signature.
Then your doctor says so, and tells you why.
nutrition-led plan price pending
You move to a nutrition-led plan instead. This medicine is not right for everyone and finding that out is what the screening is for.
It is a reason to be looked at, not a reason to stay away.
Tell us in the questions, and bring it to your consult. Your doctor decides what fits you knowing about it, and knowing about it is what the screening is for.
No. The coach is software, and the app says so on the screen before you ask it anything.
It handles the everyday side: what to expect this week, what you logged, what a symptom usually means. Anything about your dose or your treatment goes to your doctor, and a person on the care team is one tap away in the same place, not behind the coach.
No. No calorie target you will abandon, and no list of banned foods.
You describe what you actually ate, in your own words, and the guidance is built around that rather than around a plan written for somebody else.
Your doctor sees your chart. The coach sees what you log day to day, so it can answer usefully.
Nobody else. Your information is not sold, and it is not shared with insurers or advertisers.
They stay on your phone and are not synced anywhere.
We cannot see them and neither can your doctor. If you want to show your doctor one, you send it deliberately, as a message.
Only members, and only women.
You post under a name that is not your own. You choose what you share, and you can read for as long as you like without posting anything.
₹9,999 a month, with everything in it: your care, both your doctors, and what your doctor has prescribed you.
Three months is ₹24,999 and six months is ₹34,999, both billed monthly.

It is not something the medicine does to your face. Faces hold fat like the rest of you, and when you lose fat some of it comes from there. It is the same thing that happens to anybody who loses a lot of weight by any means, and it got a drug’s name attached to it because a lot of people started losing weight quickly at the same time.
Which is the part worth knowing: it shows most when weight comes off fast. Going up in dose no faster than you need to, eating enough protein and keeping your muscle all mean less of this, and they are the same things that make everything else about the year go better.
Some, yes. That is true of losing weight by any method, and it is truer the faster it comes off. It matters because muscle is a large part of what your body burns at rest, so losing a lot of it leaves you lighter with a slower metabolism, which is a large part of why weight comes back.
Two things protect it. Enough protein every day, which is harder than it sounds on a medicine that takes your appetite away and is the most common thing to get wrong. And resistance training, meaning lifting something heavy enough to be hard, two or three times a week. Walking is good for you and it is not the same thing.
This is the part of the programme that is not a prescription, and it is the part you keep. Fat is not the only thing you lose goes into it properly.
That is exactly what the consult is for, and it is not a question this page should answer.
What we can do is explain the medicine rather than sell it to you. What these medicines are, and what they do covers how they work, what they feel like, who they are not for, and what happens if you stop.
