About

Eat less, move more, come back in six months.

Most women in India have already been told that, by somebody who did not examine them. We built the opposite of that appointment.

A woman carrying extra weight in India gets advice, not care. She gets it from her family, from the internet, from a gym, and sometimes from a doctor who has eight minutes and no test results. If it does not work, the conclusion is that she did not try.

That conclusion is usually wrong. Weight is regulated by hormones, and hormones can be measured, examined and treated. But that requires somebody to actually look, and looking properly takes a blood panel, a history and the time to go through both.

So leanplease starts where it should have started. With a doctor.

How it works

Then the months afterwards, which is the part nobody else does properly. Your follow-up visits are booked for you at regular intervals, so staying in care is not one more thing to remember. In between, the app holds your weeks, your shots, how you feel, your cycle and your food, and other women a little further along who can tell you what week nine was like.

Who you will actually meet

This treatment brings up questions about your periods, whether you want to be pregnant, and your contraception. Those questions are what your consult is for. That is why it is a screening and not a signature.
